The Roulottes Chaudière annual inspection program includes one inspection per year for three years, offered with the purchase of a new 2024 or 2025 RV.
Three-year inspection program
First year following commissioning:
Inspection plan 1
Includes the following checks:
- Appliances: stove, water heater, refrigerator, air conditioning, power converter, furnace;
- smoke, carbon monoxide, propane (12V) detectors, replacement of smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries;
- power outlets, interior and exterior lights, 7-pin sockets and battery charge test;
- lubrication of extension rubbers, exterior stair treads, jacks, stabilizers, entrance locks and chests;
- Visual inspection of sealant joints and roof and condition of tires and their pressure.
Second year following commissioning:
Inspection plan 2
Understand the inspection plan 1 as well as the following checks:
- Anode and water heater burner cleaning;
- awnings and extension awnings;
- brake cleaning and adjustment;
- ball bearings, wheel torque and visual inspection of leaf springs and axles;
- exterior washing (**hybrid and closed tent trailer).
Third year following commissioning:
Inspection plan 3
Includes the following checks:
- Appliances: stove, water heater, refrigerator, air conditioning, power converter, furnace;
- smoke, carbon monoxide, propane (12V) detectors, replacement of smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries;
- power outlets, interior and exterior lights, 7-pin sockets and battery charge test;
