The Roulottes Chaudière annual inspection plan includes one inspection for three years when purchasing a brand new 2023 or 2024 RV.
3 year inspection plan
1st year following the commissioning:
Inspection Plan 1
Includes the following checks:
- Stove appliances, water heater, refrigerator, A/C, power converter, furnace;
- Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide, propane gas (12V), replacement of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors batteries;
- Power sockets, interior and exterior lights, 7 strand plug and battery charging tests;
- Lubrication of slideouts rubbers (if applicable), exterior staircases, jacks, stabilizers, entry and trunk locks;
- Visual inspection of sealing joints and roof, and tire condition and pressure.
2nd year following the commissioning:
Inspection Plan 2
Includes the following checks:
- Anode and water heater burner cleaning;
- Awnings and slides awnings;
- Brakes cleaning and adjustment;
- Ball bearing, wheel torque and visual inspection of spring blades and axles;
- Exterior cleaning (**hybrid and tent trailer closed).
3rd year following the commissioning:
Inspection Plan 3
Includes the following checks:
- Stove appliances, water heater, refrigerator, A/C, power converter, furnace;
- Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide, propane (12V), replacement of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors batteries;
- Power sockets, interior and exterior lights, 7 strand plug and battery charging tests;
- Lubrication of slideouts rubbers, exterior staircases, jacks, stabilizers, entry and trunk locks;
- Visual inspection of sealing joints and roof, and tire condition and pressure.
